Experimental Art Sessions are our weekly free or donation based activities designed for all ages and abilities. A perfect way to end the afternoon on those early out Wednesdays! Hosted by Hannah Geiger, each week consists of a different art activity.
Drink n’ Draw
First Thursday of every month
Currently meeting at Bias Brewing! 7:00 PM
Think you can’t draw? You might surprise yourself at Drink n’ Draw. This is a casual, all-level drawing session led by a rotating set of local practicing artists. Bring your own supplies, or use some of ours! Bias is donating $1 from every pint back to KALICO, so come order your drinks and join us in creativity!
Drink n’ Draw is free for members and $10 for guests.
Open Mic
Fourth Monday of every month
Doors open 6:45 PM, begin at 7:00PM
Hosted by Ken Fielder, join us for an evening of songs, spoken word poetry, or even standup comedy! Whether you’re new to sharing your voice in front of an audience or a well-versed performer, we welcome all.
This event is donation-based.
Life Drawing
Every second Thursday of the month
7:00 - 8:30 PM
Come explore the nuance of drawing the human form! Enjoy a laid back setting with a clothed model. Whether you prefer quick gestural strokes or realism this evening is a great exercise in drawing from life! Bring your favorite drawing materials or use some of ours.
Life Drawing is free for members and $10 for guests.

Pottery Wheel Basics
Offered three times per month with a morning, noon, or evening option.
Have you always wanted to try your hand at the pottery wheel, but you’re unsure of where to begin? These beginner workshops are for you! Choose from three dates a month to come to a low cost introduction to the wheel. Perfect for a date night, family day, or self-care treat!
